“ Amazing find, we were looking for a traditional diner and boy did we find one! The people were lovely, friendly , helpful and very accommodating. I honestly felt like I was a regular, slipping In to comfortable conversation. The food had generous portions, well priced and really tasty I had a traditional eggs, hash, corned beef with bacon and toast, which was massively customisable with swap out options etc. There locals, obviously noted we were English and engaged with us, making it feel even more comfortable Honestly totally recommend this little place the decor is awesome too I am all set for my flight home. Thank you for a great breakie experience ! ”

“ I’ve heard more than a few people rave about Lucky’s before and since I had the time to visit, I went. It had a comfortable atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff even with several full tables. All around the restaurant, there were pictures of various dishes that one could reasonably assume were selections from the menu. If so, they definitely left me wanting to try them. My choice here was the Tex Mex skillet with mashers (think the shape of cheese curds with the consistency of mashed/smiley potatoes). It was excellent. My eggs were cooked how I wanted them and the skillet was full of flavor. The mashers were light on the crisp but that worked out well for them; the fluffy centers were the main appeal and extra crispiness would have probably ruined them. The toast provided was nice and thick, strong enough to support a decent portion of skillet and a part of an egg on each piece. And in case you were wondering, yes, the pancakes are as big as your head. Something I intend to try for myself next time. ”
“ I really enjoy Lucky's for a great breakfast. This is a small restaurant in the check village. It has a great atmosphere. It is relaxed and you can feel comfortable sitting for a while and drinking your coffee. I noticed a couple groups of coffee drinkers enjoying conversation. I had the veggie skillet and it was excellent. I requested to add gravy and the staff was very accommodating. The other dish at my table was a vegetable omelet which included fresh fruit. I do like the larger choices of bread which included not only white and wheat but rye pumpernickel and cinnamon raisin. They also have a nice lunch menu. ”

“ A great fond when I was back to visit family. The breakfast was great. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict "flight" and hash browns with cheese. Bloody Mary mix was so good I bought a bottle to take home. Don't forget to explore the tatorkegs.....I've not had anything like them and they were tasty. The service was friendly and welcoming as well. ”
